Chilean Skier, Roberto Pirozzi, Big Surprise For the Favourites To Win In U14’s. The closest result of the Borrufa Trophy 2013 came from the Supergiant that closed the competition. Amongst the girls, the event was won by French skier Doriane Escane who was only 1 hundredth of a second in front of Russian skier Anastasia Gornostaeva. Both skiers were more than 2” ahead of Spaniard Carla Grau, who came third in the ranking. The best Andorran skier was Claudia Mijares, who finished the SG 13th. Amongst the boys, Roberto Pirozzi won the race and the first podium for his country. At his side on the podium were Hugo Bouhacene and Andorran skier Mario da Cruz. Everyone was expecting another brilliant performance by Nikita Gurianov, but this time he was forced to pull out when he went out of the bounds of the slope.
