Begino beat everyone; McLellan only just won.
On the last day of the Borrufa Trophy 2014, the skiers only had to do one heat, a Supergiant slalom in both categories U14 and U16. It was obvious then that, this time, there was no second chances and the participants had to risk it all on the 34 gates of the one descent. Amongst the boys of U14, the battle of previous days between the Argentinian Juan Cruz Begino and the Spaniard Mikel Linacisoro was on again. This time, it was the Argentinian who won with a great advantage, 1"15, whilst in third place Niko Kukkonen from Finland was only 20 hundredth of a second behind Linacisoro.
