Vinyes-Mercader volen anar de vacances encapçalant el campionat.

El Campionat d’Espanya de Ral·lis de terra arriba al seu equador amb la disputa del Rallye de terra de Salamanca. Joan Vinyes-Jordi Mercader al volant del seu Subaru Impreza estaran entre els protagonistes de la prova que tindrà amb centre neuràlgic la localitat de Guijuelo. Serà la quart rallye d’un campionat que de moment domina el pilot andorrà que a més és l’únic dels participants que ha aconseguit pujar dues vegades al podi en les tres carreres precedents.
